Submit a Repair Request

Fill out our online booking form with details about your hardware, the issue you're experiencing, and the service you think you need. Photos are helpful but not required at this stage.

Receive Shipping Instructions

We'll email you within 1 business day with our workshop address, packing recommendations, and any specific notes for your hardware type.

Ship Your Hardware

Pack it securely (double-box CRTs and fragile items) and post it to us. You pay the inbound shipping โ€” Australia Post with tracking is recommended.

Diagnosis & Quote
$40โ€“$80 + deducted

Once received, we log your job and begin diagnosis. You'll receive a written quote ($40โ€“$80 diagnostic fee) within 2โ€“5 business days. The fee is deducted from your repair if you proceed.

Approve & Repair

Review your quote online via your job portal. Approve it and we get started right away. If you decline, we safely return your hardware โ€” you only pay the diagnostic fee.

Return Your Hardware

Once repaired and tested, we'll send you a PayPal invoice for the balance. Once payment is received, we ship it back with a tracking number and a full summary of work completed.

FAQ

How long does a repair take?

Typical turnaround is 2โ€“4 weeks from receipt. Complex repairs or parts sourcing can extend this โ€” we'll communicate any delays promptly via your job portal.

What if my hardware can't be fixed?

If repair is not possible or economically viable, you only pay the diagnostic fee ($40โ€“$80). We'll explain our findings and return your hardware safely.

How should I pack my hardware?

Use the original packaging if available. Otherwise, wrap in anti-static foam or bubble wrap, then place in a sturdy box with padding on all sides. For CRTs, double-box is essential. Label "FRAGILE โ€” HANDLE WITH CARE".

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via PayPal only. Payment is required before return shipping.

Do you offer any warranty on repairs?

Yes โ€” we provide a 30-day warranty covering parts and materials. Labour is not covered after the 30-day period. If a fault related to parts we supplied recurs within 30 days, we will investigate and rectify at no charge.

Can I drop off my hardware in person?

We are a mail-in only workshop and do not accept walk-in drop-offs. All repairs must be submitted through our booking form and shipped to us.
